Each product is designed to complement the others and is included based on Dr. Clark’s protocol. The program follows a specific schedule over a 20-day period, structured in three main stages: buildup, active usage, and maintenance.

The included dosage chart provides day-by-day instructions for each component, ensuring clarity for new and experienced users alike. The Black Walnut Tincture is used once daily before meals in water. Wormwood is also taken once daily before meals, while Cloves are consumed three times per day with meals. Ornithine and Arginine are added to the routine to support the body’s overall response during the program.

Ornithine: ½ hr before bedtime, take 2 caps, . Start with 2 caps , then 4, then 6 – according to individual need. It takes a couple of nights to kick in.
